These terms summarize how projects, payments, ownership, security, and optional support are handled at Clear Oak Studio.

2. Payments and Pricing
Pricing is fixed by package unless both parties approve scope changes. Optional monthly support is not required for ownership or continued operation of a delivered site.
3. Ownership and Handoff
Ownership of the paid production deliverable transfers to the client after payment under the agreed scope. Preview assets that are not purchased remain the property of Clear Oak Studio.
4. Security Baseline
Baseline security and performance protection is included by default at no additional monthly charge. This includes HTTPS, production-safe configuration, and baseline bot/spam controls.
5. Third-Party Infrastructure Disclosure
To deliver security, performance, hosting, analytics, and communications, Clear Oak Studio may use trusted third-party infrastructure providers. Provider stack choices may change over time so long as protection and service quality are maintained or improved.
6. Optional Add-On Costs
Advanced provider features beyond baseline protection may involve pass-through monthly fees. When applicable, these fees are disclosed before activation.
